The panel “Challenges to Improving the Quality of Iranian Medicine” was held by Dr. Bardia Farzamfar, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Medvac Zist Daroo Company. An excerpt from his speech was: In my opinion, every specific and detailed structure, such as the quality structure of domestically produced pharmaceutical products, is an inseparable part of the system that governs the entire executive and macro-economic system of the country and is influenced by the same factors that currently threaten the structure and system of the entire country.
In fact, in a way, we can say that if we examine any general or specialized issue and explore and study the problems and roots of these problems, we will come across several common main factors that affect that structure.
Currently, the biggest threat to such systems is confrontational behavior with the global order and, as a result, international isolation, which has led to limited scientific interactions, limited financial resources, limited facilities and equipment for quality improvement, and other factors.
